At
Jalapeño we have developed a proven process that ensures the success
of every project we manage. The following represents our methodology
when working on your project or thinking about your business. Jalapeño
will think about the business or project strategically, create plans
and marketing ideas, implement the necessary elements, and assist
in the analysis and ongoing planning, all while taking into account
your business' unique internal and external influences.

Client
Engagement Process:
- Discovery
Session. An in-depth phone or in-person interview, where
a series of questions and discussions will take place to clearly
identify the need, situation, and/or request.
- Meeting
Summary and Insight Document. A report is drafted after
the discovery session that will not only summarize the meeting
but also will provide insight to key points discussed and propose
new ideas.
- Proposal.
Jalapeño will provide a proposal with recommended solutions and rates.
- Action.
The proposal is signed. A project plan is developed, reviewed
and implemented for each project solution.
- Project
Communication. Ongoing status updates provided based
on the size, scope and agreement between the client and Jalapeño (i.e.,
weekly, monthly, or milestone communications.)
- Completion.
A final review session is held at the completion of the project(s)
and discussion of "key learnings" and potential future
thoughts.
- Documentation.
Final documentation of the project is sent to the client. Thank
you for your business!
